1. Seller Registration & Account

• Sellers must provide accurate business details, including legal name, contact information, and tax identification.

• All accounts must be verified before listing products.

• Sellers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information.

2. Product Listings

• Sellers must ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and do not contain misleading information.

• Prohibited items, including counterfeit goods and illegal products, are strictly not allowed.

• Listings must comply with Mittigo.com's quality standards and category-specific guidelines.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Sellers set their own prices but must comply with Mittigo.com’s fair pricing policy.

• Payments will be processed after successful order completion, as per the payout schedule.

• Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed through Mittigo.com’s dispute resolution system.

4. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

• Sellers must process and ship orders within the specified handling time.

• Proper packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery of products.

• Tracking details must be provided for all shipped orders.

• Late shipments or cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Sellers must comply with Mittigo.com's return and refund policies.

• Refunds must be processed within 7 days of receiving a returned product.

• Any disputes regarding returns will be handled through Mittigo.com’s support team.

6. Customer Service & Communication

• Sellers must respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Misleading or inappropriate communication with customers is strictly prohibited.

• Mittigo.com reserves the right to intervene in disputes between sellers and buyers.

7. Compliance & Legal Obligations

• Sellers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

• Selling counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited items may result in permanent account suspension.

• Mittigo.com reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate policies.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• Repeated policy violations, poor performance, or fraudulent activities may result in account suspension.

• Sellers may request account reactivation by submitting an appeal with corrective actions.

• Mittigo.com reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in serious violations without prior notice.
